Why did you start the business? I have always loved horses and started out teaching people to ride. I took a carriage ride tour of New York and fell in love with that side of the horse business.
If you could do it again, what would you do differently? Start earlier in my life.
What's the best business advice you have ever received? Do what you love and it will show to your clients.
What personality trait helps you the most? My caring attitude.
What's the hardest part of the job?Physically working with these huge horses.
The easiest? Talking to my clients.
What's your least expensive product or service? Horse drawn wagon rides for parties.
The most expensive? Cinderella Pumpkin Carriage with white horses for weddings, etc.
Describe your most unusual customer, job or work experience. Providing a black horse and carriage for Lady Gaga’s premiere of her perfume at Macy’s in New York City.
When you leave the business, what will you do? I will always be involved with the business in some capacity, probably in the advertising and client relations area.
In one sentence, tell us why customers should shop here. We love what we do and it shows in everything we do.
What do you love about the community in which your business is located? The people.
